The $35 million refresh of the historic riverfront building is completed just in time for the latest edition of the annual contract furniture showcase.
Designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners with Moody Nolan and Hood Design Studio, the much-anticipated project faced controversy and COVID-related setbacks on its road to completion.
Designed by SOM and James Corner Field Operations, the dual-bridge High Line – Moynihan Connector marks the latest chapter in the ongoing development of the Far West Side.
