Stainless steel is highly recycled and when the finish and alloy are properly specified can last the life of a project. Reuse and restoration during renovation are common Attendees will learn about the most common stainless steel finishes and alloys. This will include the basic information that needs to be considered and conveyed during specification. Fundamental sustainability data and project examples will be provided along with information about two new ASTM E60 Sustainability standards that will make assessment of work safety and life cycle assessment easier to document. A link to a downloadable library will also be provided.
