The Concessionaire for the Project is InTransitBC, a joint venture company owned by SNC Lavalin, the Investment Management Company of BC (IMBC) and the Caisse De Depot et Placements de Quebec.

The engineering, procurement and construction element of the project was performed by SNC Lavalin.  The Operations and Maintenance of the Project is being performed by Protrans a subsidiary of SNC Lavalin, Operations and Maintentance.
