Since joining KPF in 2011, Courtney has developed an expertise in largescale, multi-building urban environments with compelling and contemporary workplaces.

Courtney has developed a track record for bringing highly complex, technical, and iconic projects to fruition. In Suzhou Huamao Center, as well as Hudson Yards and One Shenzhen Bay, Courtney’s team negotiated offices for a variety of tenant types from finance firms to co-working and creative office organizations which each require distinct floorplate layouts, lobby designs, and amenities to reflect the nature of their workplace. Since 2019, Courtney has led a large team in a 1.2 million sq. ft. interior office fit-out for a well-known multinational technology company at 50 Hudson Yards in New York City. Courtney’s dedication to her projects, from design through construction, not only reflects her passion for her work, but informs her approach to designing buildings with an eye towards their eventual realization. She is as adept in the design position as she is in a technical one, with experience as senior designer, project architect, and job captain—delivering construction documents and specifications as well as executing submittals and construction administration.
